## Description

The Authority is looking for a supplier to provide live subtitling coverage of parliamentary proceedings\. The Authority has subtitled a number of live events and habitually subtitles video on demand clips which are uploaded to social media platforms\. The Authority wishes to begin subtitling of some video content published on parliamentlive\.tv and ultimately to distribute the subtitles to third parties\. Additional information: The ITT documents will be accessible at the Houses of Parliament's e-procurement portal: http://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/parliamentuk\. Tender submissions must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal; electronic responses submitted via e-mail are not acceptable\. You will need to register your company details, thereafter you will be issued with a username and password\.
