The scope of Works for the Panshanger Site comprises the demolition of existing structures and associated earth works at the Site, to render the Site suitable for use for the proposed residential redevelopment\. In summary the scope is anticipated to incorporate the following key elements: • Preliminaries and Welfare; • Asbestos Removal; • Demolition; • Earthworks; and • Completion\.
