Halton Borough Council wishes to carry out restrictive access works in the following location; St Michael’s Public Walkway, Widnes The work will comprise the following:- Installation of restrictive access points in the form of K- barriers, fencing and gates. The closing date for questions relating to this opportunity is at 10.00am on Friday 22nd July 2016.
