## Description

Demolition of the brick structure known as Portland House, Building Three, formerly called Street Services is to be carried out\. This work includes the demolition and clearance of the site, including the removal of foundations, basements, underground tunnels \(ducts\), all hard standings, and redundant mechanical and electrical services\. After completing the demolition, the ground should be compacted and levelled\.
