Chartered Surveyors - LB Bromley Statutory Property Asset Valuations

The London Borough of Bromley (the 'Council') are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of Chartered Surveyors to undertake their statutory asset valuations for the financial year 2021/2022.

The valuation of the land and property assets by the successful supplier is required to ensure that the value of the property assets of the Council are properly represented in their financial accounts.

The appointed firm must be Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and service the instruction with appropriately experienced MRICS surveyors who are also Registered Valuers.
