Work description
HE requires the Contractor to deliver a security service that includes control of keys (BS 7984), locking and unlocking buildings and reacting to alarm activation call outs. Site Address: Historic England, Bessie Surtees House, 41-44 Sandhill, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3JF The office is located on the Newcastle Quayside, looking over the Guildhall and River Tyne. The office is a five story Jacobean timber framed building.
