## Description

The Council is looking to procure the Solution of a company able to provide an externally hosted, electronic personal education plan \(e-PEP\) system, together with Associated Services\. The on-line System will promote cross functional working with various agencies, encourage pupil voice, record pupil\`s achievements, monitor the Premium Plus funding and provide the Council\`s Virtual School with a database of information for all Children in Care from birth to 18 years old\. The initial contract period will be for a period of one year\. There are options to extend the contract for up to two additional years\.
