Provision of Legal Services in Relation to GPA Estates Services

The purpose of this contract is to provide delivery of Estates Related Legal Services to the Government Property Agency (GPA) and any government department that has or is intending to transfer its property interests to GPA (together with all executive agencies, sponsored and arm's length bodies of such departments).

This contract will include any Estates Related Legal Services required in relation to those properties located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
