## Description

This procurement exercise for Employment Kirklees 2023 was conducted as a General Further Competition under the Electronic Market Place \(EMP\) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning \(the "EMP"\)\.
