Electrical Plant - Servicing and Maintenance

South Staffordshire District Council ("SSDC" or "the Council") is proposing to enter into a contract with a Contractor for the provision of serving and maintenance of the electrical installation at the Council's main building the Codsall Community Hub.

The Contractor will be required to carry out 6 and 12 monthly inspections of various electrical plant, undertake servicing in accordance with recommendations and carry out any maintenance and repairs required.

The Contractor will also be required to provide a call out service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

For emergency call outs it is expected that the Contractor will attend the site within 2 hours and cover 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
