NOTE: This notice was updated on 15 March 2024 for the following reason: Extended Deadline for Expression of Interest \(changed from 10am 4/4/23 to 12 noon on 8/4/23\)\.\(Braintree District Council has secured funding to develop a new public open space and install play equipment in Braintree\. The Council is seeking to enter a contract to install new paths of various materials, carry out specified landscaping, install play equipment and safety surfacing, install fencing, and install artwork and provide maintenance for 1 year\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
