RMBC - MB - Parkside Regeneration Technical Consultancy - AWARD

The Authority is conducting this Further Competition from the Find a Tender Service compliant Crown Commercial Service Framework, reference RM6165 Construction Professional Services Lot 1 Built Environment, in order to appoint a Contractor to best provide the service. The Authority is seeking the services of a multi-discipline construction consultancy (MDBCC) for the regeneration of the Parkside area of New Haw, Addlestone (see Appendix 1 Parkside Regeneration Sites Sept 2022).

The appointed consultant will carry out and procure the range of services required to take the project from RIBA stages 1 to the completion of 3, to enable an outline, full or hybrid planning application(s) to be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval (depending on the planning application strategy advised by the Planning Consultant).
