Coloured Desk Tops

When the RC's was designed, HMRC Transformation DUX Team had not produced the Inclusive Design Guide (IDG) to the recognised standard it now is. Desks in Belfast, Bristol and Croydon were delivered with a white only finish. Since developing the IDG and from lessons learned it has been established that having a mix of muted coloured options provide a much better working environment for colleagues particularly colleagues with neurodiverse concerns, although this has been extremely well received by all colleagues. It is therefore agreed, via HMRC Estates WDI Steering Group, to retro fit the same percentage into Belfast, Bristol and Croydon to ensure all three RC are aligned to the rest of the estate and more importantly we meet our IDG requirement and give colleagues the best experience while working in our spaces.

It should be noted that this is to be a DA to Senator as the original FFE supplier to Croydon RC to ensure the desk tops suite.
