Management of Croxteth Hall and Country Park Concession Contract

Liverpool City Council wishes to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced capable Concessionaire who sharesthe Councils' ambition to protect Croxteth Hall and Country Park for future generates by safeguarding it's uniqueplace in Liverpool's history. The Concessionaire will protect the heritage and accessibility to the Hall and Parkwhilst placing it on a secure financial footing. The Authority is seeking a supplier for a concessions contract to Manage Croxteth Hall and Park for LiverpoolCity Council through meeting the scope and specification. The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably skilled andexperienced Concessionaire (The Concessionaire) to operate Croxteth Hall and manage the Park. In line with the CCR's regulation 18 the concession contract will be let for a maximum of 5 years. Howeveras per regulation 18 (3)should the concessionaire be able to sufficiently demonstrate that the length of timerequired to recoup the investments made in operating the hall is likely to exceed 5 years consideration will be given.
