Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to procure a Strategic Rail Advisor and Access to the Rail Network Strategy and Station Strategy for the Combined Authority's Rail Team. The principal areas of work and advice would be to work as part of the team on the client side to help direct/steer our work programme around the development of a number of rail strategies. We would like a system to be devised that will allow our rail stations to be classified in relation to their role/potential role within the transport structure e.g.- Destination station, Local Commuter station, Park and Ride station etc
