Pay and Grading and the Total Reward Strategy Consultancy

The requirements are as follows:

• Pay & Grading lead

• To lead on the implementation of the pay and grading review

• Analyse the current Total Reward landscape and working with other HR colleagues and Deloitte to agree a proposal which leads to the next point below

• To provide a Total Reward strategy and roadmap for approval and pending on time start to deliver the first phase

• Review the Reward and ER capability, make recommendations and support the Head of Ops to implement

• Provide gravitas and expertise in the ER and Reward space, freeing up the HRD to step back and work on other org wide priorities
