## Description

Harlow Council \(on behalf of the three West Essex Councils\) has commissioned a local Business Support delivery partner that will undertake a programme of geographically focused business engagement activity that leads to the delivery of fully funded local business support activities\. This commission is to be funded from the Councils' UK Shared Prosperity Funding \(UKSPF\) and must be delivered between December 23 and February 25\.
