WDC- The provision of Markets Within Warwick District - AWARD

Description

Tenders are invited for the provision of markets in Warwick District. This includes: o Weekly markets that take place in Market Square, Warwick (Saturdays) and Abbey End, Kenilworth (Thursdays), o Farmers & producers Markets that take place in Warwick and Leamington, o Covent Garden Quarter Markets in Leamington, and o Seasonal Sunday Markets in Leamington. The successful tenderer will become Warwick District Councils Sole Market Operator and will work in partnership with the Council to fulfil market service provisions across the district. This may include working with the designated officer to identify and implement additional markets in the district. The contract will be for a period of 4years commencing July 2021. With an option to extend for 2 years. The Contract Value is approximately ?228,000 [per 12 month period]. This is a Concession Contract with a percentage of income being paid to WDC.
