Home First scheduling system market engagement survey

Suffolk County Council intends to conduct a procurement exercise for the award of a contract to provide a scheduling, monitoring and reporting software platform for the in house reablement service Home First. The software will need to link with a mobile app to allow support workers access to schedules whilst working remotely in the community. Prior to any procurement Suffolk County Council is undertaking a market engagement exercise to better understand the market.
