The Culture Manifesto will: - Be developed around the three themes set for the LBoC legacy: • Culture as a Bond to bring communities together. • Culture as our Identity. • Culture as a Catalyst for the Future. - Build on resident feedback that they want: • More activity bringing communities together. • More spaces for cultural activity to take place. - Link to the Council's Vision 2030.
