Analysis of strategic growth options-To explore the strategic growth options in more depth and identify where the limits to growth exist. This will be considered alongside an understanding of the type and scale of growth required. \\r\r The work will be informed and supported by economic scenarios, demand and transport issues and suggested solutions.\\r\r The approach should be consistent with the wider aspirations of the principles of government policy, e.g. to reach net zero carbon by 2050 and should respond to the growth drivers and placemaking opportunities/constraints presented.
