Brief Description of Requirement The study should establish a benchmark for EPSRC fellowship investments and analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to a continued programme of fellowship investments and compare against fellowship offerings from other funding agencies using readily available data and reports. This contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the Mini Competition Document.
