Provision of Consultancy Services for the independent review of modelling and economic appraisal methodology used on the 10A Green Bus Routes project

Merseytravel are seeking fee proposals for the services of a transport modelling consultant to carry out an independent review of the modelling and economic appraisal methodology being used by consultants for the Green Bus Routes project on the 10A bus corridor in the Liverpool City Region. This independent review has been requested by the 3 Local Authority partners in the scheme, Liverpool City Council, Knowsley Council and St Helens Council. This is an independent piece of work and has no bearing on any other Green Bus Routes commissions.
