Design for Gravesham

Description

To deliver a design code for community and place-led, quality and sustainable regeneration. It will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) and used as a tool by planners to evaluate pre-application proposals and to promote Gravesham's expectations around quality and sustainability for regeneration and development sites across the borough. "Design for Gravesham" will be a policy document that is made to be used and one which proudly promotes Gravesham's expectations for community and place led regeneration and development. We are proud to be Gravesham and this document is a once in a ten-year opportunity to establish the culture for Community and Place-led regeneration.
