Replacement Finance, HR and Fixed Asset Management System

Norwich City Council had a requirement to replace its finance, fixed asset register (FAR) and HR system(s).

A further competition exercise was conducted by Norwich City Council accessing the ESPO framework RM 1042 Corporate Software Solutions (Lots 2 and 3) Framework OJEU ref: 2014/S 081-141622. The contract length agreed is five years with an option to extend for an additional period of up to two years. The extension period will be agreed on a year by year basis.
