## Description

Norwich City Council had a requirement to replace its finance, fixed asset register \(FAR\) and HR system\(s\)\. A further competition exercise was conducted by Norwich City Council accessing the ESPO framework RM 1042 Corporate Software Solutions \(Lots 2 and 3\) Framework OJEU ref: 2014/S 081-141622\. The contract length agreed is five years with an option to extend for an additional period of up to two years\. The extension period will be agreed on a year by year basis\.
