## Description

Basildon Borough Council is seeking to let a contract for Route Optimisation Technology and on-going support services\. The Council has developed a waste strategy that will drive a programme to modernise the service\. To assist in the delivery of this strategy the council requires the necessary technology and support to assist is its transition from a largely paper driven service to a digital one\.
