## Description

Following proposed changes to the National Planning Policy Framework \(NPPF\) as part of a public consultation earlier this year, we require an update to a Green Belt Harm Assessment to take account of the final NPPF due at end of 2024 and for the update to cover a larger study area\. STAR Procurement are undertaking an open tender approach on behalf of Stockport Council\.
