Accessibility Services

The service is to undertake Access Audit Surveys, Design Appraisal reports and Workplace Adjustment reports. The requirement includes: To complete access audits, with pricing on a scheduled basis; Ad-hoc access audits, with pricing as instructed by DWP from time-to-time; To attend client meetings prior to and after audits, prepare and give presentations to DWP stakeholder groups on audit findings. Design appraisal reports - to ensure the proposals and design details are accessible, suggesting areas for improvement if necessary. Workplace Adjustment reports - to produce reports which recommend appropriate building adaptations to meet legislative requirements for named members of staff that have specific or unique requirements.
