The contract involves the re-development of external areas of an existing residential development owned by Connexus Home, comprising bungalows and a community centre. There is a new un-adopted road running from an adopted road into the centre of the existing development together with the construction of car parking. Existing footpaths to the bungalows are to be replaced, new fencing and new lighting are to be provided. The area is also to be landscaped. Drainage to the new road and parking area is to be included together with some remedial work to the existing drainage.
