## Description

This contract is for the provision of servicing, maintenance, call outs, repair, labour, travelling and material charges related to existing and new equip\. within Winchester City Councils managed older people and extra care housing\. This currently includes hardwired scheme equipment \(Tunstall\)\. The following standards apply: • TSA Code of Practice • TSA Quality Standards Framework • NICEIC, ECA or equivalent • BAFE - fire systems • BASEC • BS5839 - fire systems • BS5266 - emergency lighting • Building Safety Act • ISO9001 • ISO14001 • SafeContractor, CHAS or similar SSIP scheme
