## Description

Surrey County Council \(SCC\) is required to have each SCC property asset to be formally valued at least once in every 5 year cycle\. On this basis approx\. 20% of the portfolio is revalued each year, and subsequently recorded on SCC's Balance sheet\.  SCC is required to have an Asset Valuation Services supplier appointed as part of its statutory duty\.
