## Description

Notting Hill intends to procure a single service provider \(for a four-year duration\) with the option to extend up to two further periods of one year each\.Notting Hill Genesis are looking to enter into a long-term contract with a single service provider to provide a Cleaning and Security service at various times \(Monday - Sunday\) at their main offices\. There are 6 offices in total and the service include a combination of cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, window cleaning and general office cleaning\. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide Notting Hill Genesis with a quality service\.
