## Description

The Council's principal ambition is to develop, refurbish and modernise seevral identified areas within the Town Hall for office accommodation for circa 90 workstations\. The intended office spaces should be attractive and as conducive to efficient working as is practically possible\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
