This STA represents the negotiated terms of a new contract for the Conrad Court Extra Care Service at Surrey Quays\. On the 13th March 2019 Mayor and Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the ED of CS to enter into negotiations to award a contract for three years \(plus two\)\.
