Networks Managed Service Provider

The Networks - Managed Service Provider (MSP) aims to put in place replacement support and transformation contract for the services currently provided by RCDTS Ltd, which is due to close by the end of March 2023. The supplier will need to provide service continuity and in parallel plan, design and implement a transformation to a modern Network service. Contract from CCS Framework ""Technology Services 3"" Lot 4.

The supplier will need to provide 1. Run and Maintenance Services (including Change Projects) and 2. Design, build and delivery of network transformation services "Service Optimisation & Innovation":

1. Service Lines in scope for Run and Maintenance Services are: - Network Service - Operations - Network Service Maintenance - Tooling - Availability, Capacity and Performance Management - Design and Implementation - Network Service Reports - Service Delivery Management - Test Laboratories - Security - Small Changes - Non Standard Changes

2. Design, build, test and implement network Service Optimisation & Innovation initiatives that would deliver new and improved technical solutions, enable new ways of working and leverage modern technologies to meet defined target outcomes "
