Ilford Arrival Professional Team

Description

Ilford Arrival is a series of public realm interventions that look to connect Ilford, a town with a deficiency of access to green and blue infrastructure, to the Roding Valley. The scope of the procurement is to secure professional design services to undertake all necessary design work to advance the projects identified in the Ilford Arrival Spatial Framework and endorsed by Cabinet on 12th September 2024. The first Contract Award under this procurement was for work from RIBA Stage 0 to RIBA Stage 2. This work was completed in December 2025 and following a Gateway Review it is now appropriate to award a Contract for RIBA Stage 3 that will include the development and submission of a planning application, with professional design support until determination of the application.
