Decarbonisation Works - ECO 4 Funding

Description

This contract is to be delivered drawing upon ECO4 funding, which is aimed at improving energy efficiency in homes with an EPC rating of D-G. The scheme is funded by major energy suppliers who are obligated to deliver energy-saving measures to eligible households. The scope of work is the following - - Retrofit assessments, mainly targeting properties that have an EPC rating of D, to inform us what measures we need to take to increase the rating to a C. - Remedial works to increase EPC rating - Install measures like insulation (loft, cavity wall, solid wall), heating upgrades (new boilers, heat pumps), and solar panel installation.
