CP1650-18 Residential Short Breaks for Disabled Children & Young People

Devon County Council and its partner commissioners are seeking to commission a residential Short Breaks service for disabled children and their families in Devon. The service will be delivered mainly from 4 properties throughout the administrative boundary of Devon County Council. The service will support in the delivery of the Children Act (1989); The Breaks of Carers for Disabled Children Regulations (2011); The SEND Code of Practice: 0-25 years (2014); The National Residential Contract for the placement of Children in Children's Homes (2012). There will be a Tender Launch Event to be held at County Hall - Exeter on Friday 5th October 2018 at 2pm to 4pm.
