## Description

Devon County Council and its partner commissioners are seeking to commission a residential Short Breaks service for disabled children and their families in Devon\. The service will be delivered mainly from 4 properties throughout the administrative boundary of Devon County Council\. The service will support in the delivery of the Children Act \(1989\); The Breaks of Carers for Disabled Children Regulations \(2011\); The SEND Code of Practice: 0-25 years \(2014\); The National Residential Contract for the placement of Children in Children's Homes \(2012\)\. There will be a Tender Launch Event to be held at County Hall - Exeter on Friday 5th October 2018 at 2pm to 4pm\.
