## Description

The project consists of the internal Alterations and minor refurbishment to Strategic Fire Control at Service Headquarters\. The proposed alterations to the building consist of works to three defined areas of the existing buildings: 1\. Alterations to open plan office space to create office space\. 2\. Alterations to redundant server room space to create locker and office accommodation\. 3\. Repairs to the existing server room wall\. 4\. Construction of new external wall to corridor area\. 5\. Some internal decoration and improvement\.
