Work description
To provide high-quality adult social care services tailored and flexed to meet the agreed needs and outcomes of individual Service Users in a coordinated way together with all stakeholders including the housing provider and the Service Users. Necessary documents are posted on www.londontenders.org. Interested organisations must complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ), Schedule 3, posted here and submit by the deadline by uploading on to the above portal along with required documents.
