## Description

Wirral Council is seeking to appoint an experienced organisation \(or partnership\) to:\\r \\r 1\. Conduct a review, in accordance with the requirements of section 2\(1\) of the 2002 Act, of homelessness within the borough of Wirral\.\\r 2\. Formulate a five-year Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy \(2025-2030\) having regard to the findings of the Homelessness Review\.\\r 3\. Undertake a review of the current delivery model of Wirral Council's Housing Options Service and make recommendations for the future delivery of this service\.\\r \\r Please see Section 2 Specification for full details\\r \\r The contract will commence mid-December 2024\. The statutory deadline for the review and strategy production is 23rd March 2025\.
