## Description

The works contained are to provide services to bring into use, part of the old carpark that is in dis-repair on Cartergate in Grimsby town centre\. The works will primarily be:- The forming of a new entrance to the highway, earthworks, kerbing, surfacing, markings, new drainage connection and lighting enabling works\.
