## Description

The Council's Fareham Housing department requires a stock condition survey of approximately 20% of its property portfolio - the current housing stock in the borough is 2,480\. In order to manage the stock condition data the Council will be purchasing a fully comprehensive Asset Management System whereby the essential and core requirements include a system that must be intuitive and user friendly requiring minimal training in order to navigate and locate relevant information with ease\.
