Description

This is a creative graphic design, print and distribution service contract for communications materials. There is no guarantee of work, and the contract is limited to £30k pa per supplier. When need arises the contract holder(s) are invited to submit their proposals. The contract was circulated to known designers and agencies who were invited to tender. A rigid evaluation system with quality (inc portfolio evidence) (60%) price, 40% was used to select appointed suppliers.
