## Description

As part of its flexible working strategy, the Council requires the carpet and decoration within its Market Street offices to be upgraded to provide for an improved working environment\. It is anticipated that these works will be undertaken within normal working hours \(07\.00 -19\.00 hrs Mon - Fri\)\. Due to the varied nature of the works it is highly recommended that Tenderers attend a site visit before submitting prices\.
