## Description

Service to build LARC template and to build NHS Health Check & LARC extraction reports to receive the data on a quarterly basis\. A support package is included which consists of telephone support, remote dialling in support, looking at data discrepancies or queries, resource usage and training requests for new users\. Direct award by exception, LCC CPR followed\.
