GB-Brentwood: Underpinning, refurbishment and adaptation of one residential property

Underpinning - the provision of concrete piles and concrete raft inserted into the external walls as per drawings and specification, to stabilise the property. Refurbishment - the removal of all internal load bearing and non load bearing walls and providing temporary support for the roof. Reconstruction of internal walls, internal insulation and kitchen extension as per drawings and specification. Disability - the refit the property for use by the disabled as per drawings and specification.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
