Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution (CWC24004MW)

Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) would like to engage with the market in relation to an Information Technology Service Management Solution (ITSM).

WCC are currently using an ITSM solution that was first installed 4 years ago based on requirements at the time. In the intervening period the solution has been adapted to meet changing requirements and it is now time to re-assess if, with new technologies such as AI, it is timely to investigate what new solutions are available.

Any new solution should ideally be available as an "off the shelf" product to enable a speedy implementation but have the flexibility to be amended/configured to meet specific requirements later. The new solution should allow for any changes/configuration to be easily actioned by Council personnel.
